Description: Haggard Childcare Resources (www.haggardchildcare.com) runs 8 preschool programs in Seattle. We are currently accepting applicants for consideration for a Lead Infant Teacher position, working with children who are 3-18 months. Ideal candidates are people who are passionate about supporting very young children in their learning and development, welcoming their families, and are lifelong learners themselves. Energetic and creative teachers will find beautiful programs where you will have the autonomy to run your own classroom while being supported by a well-established company.

General Qualifications:

-Specialized training to work with infants (such as RIE, Montessori, etc.). You need to have a certificate in either RIE or Montessori training to be considered for this position.

-BA or AA in ECE or related field

-Minimum 2 years of classroom experience

-Ability and desire to work respectfully and compassionately in and with a diverse population

-A sense of humor and sense of humility

-Ability to fulfill all Washington State Department of Early Learning requirements (negative TB test, pass a background check, etc.)

This is a full time position with a competitive salary range which varies dependent on experience and education; the desired shift is 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday.
