Description: Whole Earth Montessori School (WEM), located in Bothell, WA is hiring for the position of Lead Early Childhood Teacher beginning in January 2021 and beyond. In adherence to the Department of Health recommendations, our classrooms will have a 10:1 student/teacher ratio and will operate at a reduced capacity. On campus safety measures include thermometer checks for all staff and students, Medical-grade H13 HEPA air filtration in all classrooms, and reduced classroom occupancies. Instruction will take place on campus. Additional lessons will be given via e-learning to families electing to participate from home.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a 4-Year College Degree

A Montessori Early Childhood Certification (AMS/AMI/MACTE etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Zoom

Meet Washington State requirements as established by the Department of Children, Youth, and Families

Be comfortable wearing a cloth face covering during in-class instruction

Be comfortable attending to students who are wearing a cloth face covering and face shield during in-class instruction
