Description: Haggard Childcare Resources (www.haggardchildcare.com) runs 8 preschool programs in the Seattle area. We are currently accepting applicants for consideration for a Lead Toddler Teacher position, working with children who are 15-36 months. Ideal candidates are people who are passionate about supporting very young children in their learning and development, welcoming their families, and are lifelong learners themselves. Energetic and creative teachers will find beautiful programs where you will have the autonomy to run your own classroom while being supported by a well-established company.

General Qualifications:

-MACTE-approved Montessori children for 0-3; qualified candidates who are willing to do the training next year may also be considered.

-BA or AA in ECE or related field

-Minimum 2 years of classroom experience

-Ability and desire to work respectfully and compassionately in and with a diverse population

-A sense of humor and sense of humility

-Ability to fulfill all Washington State Department of Early Learning requirements (negative TB test, pass a background check, etc.)

This is a full time position with a competitive salary range which varies dependent on experience and education; the desired shift is 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday.
