    Description:  We're a group of 5 families with children ages 3-6 who are seeking a Primary School Guide and Assistant Teacher to lead a home-based Montessori "minischool" this fall. Our goal is to give our children as normal of a Children's House experience as possible, but reduce the safety risk by having a small class size & shared family commitment to a common set of social distancing practices.  


    What We're Looking For

    - A lead teacher / guide and an assistant teacher with at least 2 years of experience working in a preschool classroom.  AMI / AMS or equivalent Montessori training is preferred. 

    - Available to teach 5 mornings per week & able to make a shared commitment to microschooling through the end of 2020

    - Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of bringing Montessori "Children's House" to life in a non-traditional setting
